Tim, I've changed test_ScaleLine to test if maxWidth is respected at all zoom levels in a couple of different scenarios. Can you confirm that this is a suitable test?

I confirmed that tests pass in FF, ahocevar confirmed they pass in IE, so I'm closing this. Thanks for the test updates Paul. I admit I didn't confirm anything else about what they actually test.
