add more generic event mechanism to the text layer

Description

The text layer defines a default onclick event callback for its markers. User cannot simply define its own event callbacks.

I prepared patch, which adds "id" attribute column to OpenLayers.Layer.Text. The patch is IMHO compatible with this change as well. See #1135 for details.

Mass ticket move to 2.7 post dev meeting. If you are actively working on this task, please update this ticket with information and change the milestone to 2.6. At the time of the next IRC meeting (most likely 1-31-08), this will mean the ticket can *not* be brought back into 2.6 unless there is further feedback.

I personally don't care about this ticket and patch. Moving the ticket to Milestone Future. We may even want to close that ticket.
